STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PUNS <br />A Stormwarn Management Plan (SWMPJ shall be developed and implanemed jot tads site mvrred by this permit. The plan <br />shall idenr~ potential sources ojpo[lurion (including sedimem} which may reasonably be expected ro affect the quality of <br />stormwater discharges associated with mining opnations. In addition, the plan shall describe the but managtmen! <br />practices (BMPsJ which will 6e used to reduce the pollutants in stormwater discharge from the mining operation. <br />/n the areas of coal mining which are not directly regulated by effluent limitations, sire stormwattr discharge may not be <br />effectively controlled. Some of the discharge are outside the rnverage of the diversion ditdtes and sedimemalion ponds <br />required under the facility's Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board permit.
