Renortine - Process Water <br />Monitoring results obtained during the previous 3 months shall be <br />summarized and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report <br />forma, postmarked no later than the 28th day of the month following the <br />completed calendar quarter. For example, for the let quarter (January, <br />February, and March) the quarterly report moat be received at this <br />office postmarked no lacer than April 28. Report inc - Stormwater Annual Report <br />The permittee will be required to submit an~annual report, covering <br />January 1 through December 31 of each year, on the overall compliance <br />with the SWMP.
