Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of tltis permit and lasting through June 30, 2001, the permittee is authorimd <br />discharge from outfalls 001, 004 and 005 -sedimentation ponds 1, 5 and 3, respectively, prior to entering Magpie <br />Creek; and outfall 002 -sedimentation pond 4, prior to entering an unnamed tributary to Newlin Crak. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and <br />Regulations for State Discharge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified <br />flow limitation. <br />(a) Outfalls 001. 002 and 005 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />30-Dav Ave Daily Max <br /> <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/l <br />Total Iron, mg/P <br />Settleable Solids, mP/P <br />Oil and Grease, mg/P <br />pH, s.u.
