Eii4uent Limitations: The data shown in the preceding tables indicate that the Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. facility has <br />maintained compliance with the previous permit. One sample jor outfall 002 for the second calendar quarter <br />indicated exceedences of both the total suspended solids and the total iron limitations. However, the permittee _ <br />claimed a storm exemption, thus these exceedences were not actual permit violations. <br />2.
