In no case, however, shall temporary <br />cessation of use be continued for more than two <br />(2) years without approval by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />15. if it is found by judicial action or it is <br />determined by any other proper authority that the <br />easement for access into the subject property is <br />not valid then termination of the Conditional Use <br />Permit will result. <br />3. The term of the Conditional Use Permit shall be until <br />JULY 11, 1999. <br />4.
