<br />MINING - GENERAL NOTES <br /> <br /> <br />,~ <br /> <br />1. Total area to be mined - 369 acres. It is estimated that it contains a total of <br />12,501,720 cubic yards of commercial quality sand and gravel. <br />2. A11 phasing and duration of mining will follow as stated on the plan. Nine phases <br />are proposed. <br />3. Mining and Reclamation will be a concurrent-ongoing process in each phase as the <br />mining operation progresses from phase to phase. <br />4. It is estimated that a 35-year + mining-reclamation period will be necessary to <br />accomplish a total mining-reclamation program for the subject property. (For <br />additional information and description of operation, please see Page 3 of this <br />report.} <br />1. The subject property is bound by Cache La Poudre River on the North and West; the Colorado <br />Southern Railroad on the South and the Weld County Road 1135 on the East. There are power <br />and communication lines on Weld County Road 1135. <br />2, There are no gas, oil yells or lines on subject property. Also, there are no buildings on <br />subject property that will be affected by the mining operation. <br />3, No other major creeks, ditches or other water courses are located on the subject property. <br />(For additional information o£ surrounding land uses, see Page 2 of this report,) <br />EXHIBIT C - GENERAL NOTES <br />
