Dear Ms, Traxler: I am filing at this time a Special Use Application for Open Cut Mine Permit, various attachments thereto, 12 copies of a Consolidated Special Use Permit Map and Plot Plan, and a check from the applicant in the sum of $150.00 for the application fee. When discussing with Cathy Gerstberger the mailing of these documents, she advised me to bring to your attention the fact that the operation which is the subject of the Application is presently under a violation status with the Zoning Depart- ment. With respect to the Application you will find attached thereto the following documents: 1) an Installment Land Contract (dated March 17, 1972), a Quit Claim Deed from the original purchasers to the Suppis and an Addendum to the Installment Land Contract; 2) a Wildlife Inventory with respect to the land in question; 3) Soil Information Study conducted by the U.S. Soil Conservation Service and 4) copies of various notices that were mailed and published at the time that the applicant submitted its Applica- tion for a Mining and Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
