OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CORN CONSTRUCTION CO.
Pursuant to a call fora Special hleeting of the Board of Directors of
CORN CONSTRUCTION CO. made by Larry W. Corn> President, a Special Meeting
was held at the office of the Company, 28b8 Freeway East, Grand Junction,
Colorado on February 18th, 1977 at 5:00 P.M.
Present were the following members, which constiture all members -
of the Board of Directors: - -
Larry W. Corn, President, Presiding
4lallace Corn, Chairman of the board
Ronald E. Tipping, Vice President
Muriel M. Corn, Director
Leland L. Muhr, Secretary - Treasurer
The President stated that~the meeting was called to adopt a resolution as
required by the Mined Land Reclamation Board authorizing company officers,
and other company employees as designated by the Board of Directors to act
for and in behalf of CORN CONSTRUCTION CO. on matters pertaining to Mined
Land Reclamation.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of.Directors of CORN
CONSTRUCTION CO. that
Wallace Corn, Chairman of the Board
Larry W. Corn, President
Ronald E. Tipping, Vice President
Leland L. Muhr, Secretary-Treasurer
Lloyd W. Peterson, Engineer-Estimator
be authorized-to-act on and execute any land reclamation documents for
and in behalf of said corporation.
FURTHER;-BE IT RESOLVED, that the authority of the foregoing parties
to perform each and all of the powers conferred by the foregoing resolution
shall continue until such time as the .Board Members elect a change.,.
