_ _ _ <br />• III IIIIIIIII IIII III age 2 <br />sss Permit No. COG-500000 <br />CDPS GENERAL PERMTT 4ECEIVF.n <br />FOR SAND AND GRAVEL MINING AND PROCESSING MAR O2 19;~ <br />(AND OTHER NONMETALLIC NIINERAIS EXCEPTS ~UEL) <br />i "~0n of hlmerals ,X ~ , <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE V'~ <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, <br />1973 as amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the <br />"Act"), this permit authorizes the discharge of process water and stormwater associated with operations <br />engaged in mining and processing of sand and gravel (including rock and stone used as aggregate), and <br />mining and quarrying of other nonmetallic minerals except fuels, certified under this permit, from those <br />locations specified throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State. Such discharges <br />shall be in accordance with the conditions of this permit. <br />This permit specifically authorizes the facility listed on page 1 of this permit to discharge process water <br />and/or stormwater associated with operations engaged in mining and processing of sand and gravel <br />(including rock and stone used as aggregate), and mining and quarrying of other nonmetallic minerals <br />except fuels, as of this date, in accordance with the permit requirements and conditions set forth in Parts <br />I and II hereof. All discharges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this <br />permit. <br />This permit and the authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight, September 30, 1997. <br />Issued and Signed this3lstday of August, 1992 <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH <br />J.
