<br /> EXHIBIT D <br /> <br /> MINING PLAN AND TIAIETABLE <br />1 <br /> History. The property included in this application was <br /> acquired in two stages. In November 1973, 100.403 acres + <br />' known as Road Runners Rest was purchased from Denver Aggregates, <br /> Inc. On May 20, 1977, the Himes property, including approximately <br />' 96.402 acres was obtained. <br /> Although the acreage known as Road Runners Rest was rezoned <br />' to permit sand and gravel extraction under a lllineral Extraction <br /> (M-C) zoning, no mining was ever started on the property. Another <br />' <br /> piece of the property was zoned Mineral Extraction (M-C) (see map <br />' Exhibit C) at the time when the county initiated that zoning <br /> classification.
