Topsoil application will largely depend on cost and the amount <br />' of organic matter present-, <br />I <br />Fertilizer should be applied at a rate of not less than 40 Lbs nitrogen <br />I and 40 lbs of phosphorous per acre, Fertilizer should be applied immediately <br />prior to planting and thoroughly mixed with the soil, <br />1 Seeding should be done between October 15 and April 15.
