EXHIBIT G <br />WATER <br />' The South Platte River runs along the north and west sides <br />of the property. The East Lake Quadrangle sheet prepared by the <br />' USGS shows a trace of the old Young Ditch, now abandoned. This <br />' old structure is of no consequence to downstream properties <br />I <br />since it returns to the Platte before leaving lands owned by <br />the operator. <br />' There are no springs, stock water ponds, reservoirs or <br />tributary waters located on the affected land. <br />Where the South Platte is adjacent to the affected land, <br />the closest point of extraction will vary between 75 feet and <br />100 feet from the channel (see map Exhibit D-1). <br />Five wells for irrigation include: <br />Aigaki Well #1 - 11413 0.86 & 0.39 cfs Irrigation of 100 acres <br />~ Aigaki Well #2 - 11414 1.44 cfs Ni9$ Sec. 3 & NE; Sec. 4 <br />'. - Himes Well #1 - 14837 1.33 cfs Irrigation 15 Ac. Sec. 3 <br />' Himes Well #2 - 14836 2.55 cfs Irrigation 40 Ac. Sec. 3 <br /> Himes Well #3 - 14833 1.33 cfs Irrigation 40 Ac. Sec. 4 <br /> <br /> A domestic well, the Himes #4, is rated at 15 gallons per minute. <br />' Details concerning all six wells are inc luded in the following <br /> pages. An amendment to existing records of ownership is now <br />' <br /> being processed. <br />' The wells will continue to be used for irrigation of the <br /> property and domestic use until such tim e as the excavation <br /> <br /> <br /> -20- <br /> <br />
