There <br />is no application of the river dredge law or siltation structure <br />removal requirement. See Exhibit G for more details concerning <br />' water. <br />' Area outside the perimeter of the affected land will not <br />be affected in any foreseeable way by slides, runoff or other <br />' functions of the mining and reclamation operations. <br />All land area of the affected land will be stabilized <br />' through revegetation and grading to control erosion and attendant <br />air and water pollution. <br />The landowner-operator has elected to reclaim by creating <br />an area suitable for private recreation and wildlife habitat. <br />The reclamation map, Exhibit F, indicates the component parts <br />' of this plan. <br />It is intended that wildlife habitat in the area will be <br />enhanced by the reclamation plan. See Exhibit H for more details. <br />' Revegetation Program. The revegetation program has been <br />adapted from recommendations of the Soil Conservation Service <br />as revised by Mr. James R. Schmieding of the MLR staff (see Exhibit <br />' I/J). The plan varies from that recommended by the SCS. <br />Fertilizer.
