Is this accurate? Thia description <br />was derived from the affected area outlined on the topographic map submitted. <br />However, the stetch map submitted to you by the Soil Conservation Service <br />places the pit further east towards Evy. 159. In this case the description <br />appears to be: the SB 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4. <br />E][HIBIT B - Miaina Plan <br />1. Please indicate the thickness of soil to be stripped, approzimate amo~mts <br />of soil to be stockpiled, and Where it will be placed. <br />2. Also indicate the approximate completion date of ezclvation. <br />3. It would be helpful if you could send a larger-scale hand-eketchsd <br />map shoving the outline of the affected area as separate from the <br />exietiag landfill and diaensions. Hopefully, this would help sliminess <br />any poaslbls questions regarding this later on. <br />4. I suggest you contact the state Aealth Department if you plan on crushing <br />notarial at thin •ita for their raquirasrats regarding fugiti~a dust. <br /> <br />
