Also, as provided for under Rule <br />1.5.(1) all changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the <br />Division, and with the County Clerk and Recorder. The applicant shall also provide <br />the Division with an affidavit or receipt demonstrating that the change was filed <br />with the County Clerk and Recorder not later than the close of business on the day <br />the change was filed with the Division. Any change or addition to an application <br />shall constitute an amended filing for purposes of determining the date for the <br />consideration of the application by the Division, and for the deadline for a final <br />decision on the application.
