Good house keeping techniques will be applied to all operations <br />at the pit. The plant supervisor will inspect the grounds to <br />insure that no leaks of hazardous materials are occurring. <br />2. In the event of an accidental spill not considered a major <br />spill, the ground will be immediately and properly cleaned up and <br />the contamination in the soil will be disposed of. <br />3. Action will be taken to eliminate the cause of the spill. <br />Action will be taken to eliminate the source of leaks and insure <br />good house keeping procedures. <br />Regarding notice to adjoining property owners, I spoke with Mrs. <br />Sam Cordova on the telephone in Casper.
