EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES
Loveland Ready Mix is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200
feet of the affected area for the Green/Croissant 112 permit. The Applicant will in
each case offer to repair damage to structures resulting from mining activities
and will attempt to reach an Agreement with each structure owner, as preferred
under Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Construction Materials Rules.
If no agreement can be reached with the structure owners, the Applicant may
produce an engineered slope stability analysis stating that mining within two-
hundred feet of the structures will not affect those structures. Until such
agreements or analyses are submitted to the DMG, the Applicant will maintain
the prescribed two-hundred foot setback from man-made structures.
Permanent man-made structures within two-hundred feet of the affected land of
the proposed permit area for this application are shown on Exhibit C, the Pre-
Mine and Mine Plan Map.
