• e~s and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />Loveland Ready Mix is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200 <br />feet of the affected area for the Green/Croissant 112 permit. The Applicant will in <br />each case offer to repair damage to structures resulting from mining activities <br />and will attempt to reach an Agreement with each structure owner, as preferred <br />under Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Construction Materials Rules. <br />If no agreement can be reached with the structure owners, the Applicant may <br />produce an engineered slope stability analysis stating that mining within two- <br />hundred feet of the structures will not affect those structures. Until such <br />agreements or analyses are submitted to the DMG, the Applicant will maintain <br />the prescribed two-hundred foot setback from man-made structures. <br />Permanent man-made structures within two-hundred feet of the affected land of <br />the proposed permit area for this application are shown on Exhibit C, the Pre- <br />Mine and Mine Plan Map. <br />Permanent man-made structures withintwo-hundred feet of the affected land and <br />on the affected land include: <br />Structures <br />Telephone/Fiber Optic cable <br />Water pipeline <br />Overhead Powerline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Weld County Road 13 <br />Weld County Road 54 <br />Owners <br />Owest <br />Little Thompson Water District <br />Poudre Valley Rural Electric <br />Duke Energy <br />KN Front Range Gas Gathering <br />Sinclair Pipeline <br />Public Svc.
