These materials complete the submission of all <br />preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article <br />32 of Title 34, Section 34-32- lire and your application is now considered <br />filed pursuant to Rule 1.1(70} of the Rules and Regulations. The staff is <br />currently reviewing your application to determine whether the items you have <br />submitted are adequate, prior to consideration by the Mined land Reclamation <br />Board. <br />Your application 1s tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Board on <br />November 25 1985. <br />You should commence publication of a Notice of Filing of this application <br />accordingly. See attached for notice format. Notice requirements can be <br />found 1n Rule 3.2 Because the date for consideration may be sub3ect to <br />revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact permit <br />applications, the final date for filing of ob,]ections, which must be stated in <br />the publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board <br />consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the RDUtt County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file to our office must <br />also be made in this local government copy. <br />The Mined land Reclamation Board recommends that all mine operators check <br />compliance of their mining operation(s) with State water law.
