A letter from the <br />Platteville Historical Society dated February 16, 2001 states that the site will be preserved. In addition, the <br />Platteville Historical Socie[y studied sites SWL087 and SW814 and determined that the mining set backs are <br />sufficient to protect the sites and the road leading into the sites. <br />10. The statute does not protect structures that have yet to be constructed, such as future <br />oi] and gas wells. Platte Sand & Gravel will not cross buried gaslines or use roads with gaslines under them as <br />haul routes until copies of the signed working agreements are submitted to and approved by [he Division. In lieu <br />of an agreement, the applicant may submit crossing and road designs showing how the gaslines will be protected. <br />The applicant has provided adequate setback distances to ensure structure are protected. Such designs would be <br />considered modifications to the permit and, as such, would be subject to review and approval by the Division. <br />The applicant will obtain an agreement from the owner of the structure if mining is to occur closer than the <br />approved mining setback distance, <br />
