In order to receive authorization to <br />discharge after the expiration date, the permittee shall, no later <br />than 180 days prior [o the expiration date of this permit, submit a <br />ne•:~ NPDES application and fees as required by [he permit issuino <br />authority. <br />2. The permittee is required [o Submit an annual fee as set forth in <br />Se•=tin 25-3-502 C.R.S. 1y~3 as amended. Failure to submit [he <br />required fee is a violation of this permit and will result in th<_ <br />suspension of said permit and enforcemenC action ?ursuant to Section <br />25-8-b01 et. seq., 1573 as ar;enaed. <br />3. Within sixty (60) days of the effecti~:e date of this permit, the <br />permittee shat! file a statement ~.yith [he Em~ironmental Protection <br />4ger.cy and the State 'dater Quality Cor.[rol Division which shall <br />contain the names of the person or persons ~•~ho are designated to <br />resort conditions as noted in "tJoncompliance", "cart II, Section ~, <br />Paragraph 2, and as referenced in "Oil and Hazardous Substanc_ <br />Liability", P?r.T II, Section B, ?aracraph 3.
