proposed underground mine workings, for each phase of
' mining and over the total life of the permit.
' The anticipated number of acres of surface lands to he
disturbed by the Bear Mine, is 19.3 acres. Refer to
the Existing Land Use Map, 2.04.3(2)(a). Bear Coal
Company, Inc. does not anticipate any future disturbances
of the surface lands.
The Operation Plan Map, 2.05.2(1)-1, illustrates the mining
' projected for the Bear Mine within the permit term.
As fully described in the Operation Plan - Permit Area,
' Section 2.05.3, the Eear Mine is planning to mine
200,000 to 250,000 tons on N.ap 2.05.2(1)-1. The vertical exT.ent
' of mining is the C-Seam.
' (3) Surface or underground mining activities in excess
of 5 years.
Plans are not complete, The Division will be contacted
as soon as plans are completed; and an application for mining
' will be submitted.
