F7ining Plan <br />All operations conducted by OPERATOR in the Mining Area <br />shall be strictly in accordance with the h7ining Plan proposed by <br />' OPERATOR and approved and consented to be ATLANTIC RICHFIELD and <br />shall further be subject to approval by the various state and <br />' federal regulatory agencies and by the Area Mining Supervisor of the <br />United States Geological Survey as required by applicable <br />' ~julations. Any variation from the foregoing t4ining Plan for <br />operations in the Mining Area by OPERATOR must be approved in <br />advance in writing by ATLANTIC RICHFIELD. OPERATOR shall also have <br />' the right to propose amendments to the Mining or Development Plan <br />which shall be submitted to the Area Mining Supervisor for his <br />approval. <br />' OPERATOR shall maintain current and accurate maps of the Mining <br />Area available for inspection by representatives of ATLANTIC <br />' RICHFIELD, which mine maps shall precisely show the location and <br />dimensions of each pillar within the Mining Area, ventilation, <br />' electrical, and water disposal. 1'he mining map, including revisions <br />' thereof for the purpose of reflecting the progression of OPERAT012's <br />'~ <br />' REVISL:D P9ay 15, 1981 <br />
