Clazke's well <br />and they believe there is a well with cyanide on the proposed site. What will happen if these <br />wells aze disturbed? <br />2. What will prevent metals and mining debris from going into the Arkansas River? <br />I understand there is a major aquifer in this azea yet, no such water source appears on the maps. <br />4. I have yet to see any flow rates or annual volumes for any of the project phases. <br />5. Existing wells, one reputed to have cyanide, are not shown on the maps. <br />6. Where will the polluted water go? <br />There is a fault line in the immediate area that might adversely affect the flow of the river. <br />Rivers have been known to disappear when fault line disturbances (from blasting) occur. <br />There is real concern about the blasting destroying local aquifers and cutting off water to <br />dozens of household wells. <br />9. Will Agile Stone Systems' proposed sediment ponds actually contain such a deluge or will tons <br />of sediment be released into an already troubled river? <br />10. Two old wells close to the proposed site are contaminated by cyanide. Blasting could catise <br />damage to them and pollution to Tallahassee Creek and Arkansas River. <br />11. There aze large deposits of uranium in the Current Creek and Tallahassee Creek drainage. I <br />want to be assured that poison will not move to my water. My well is within 1 mile of the <br />proposed Agile operation. <br />12. We request a written, certified geological report on what we believe to be a possible hazard to <br />our safety, the rock cliffs in our back yard are very close to our back door. <br />13. The potential for seismic activity is present due to the configuration of many fault lines. <br />14. No current dimensions of the sandstone quarry were given in the re-submitted (amended) <br />application. <br />
