Therefore, no <br />exposure of ground water can occur during and <br />after mining operations. <br />The proposed operation will consume <br />ground water by _ evaporation, _ dust <br />control, _ reclamation, _ and water <br />removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation <br />of these uses of ground water, the applicant will <br />need to obtain a gravel well permit. Prior to <br />obtaining a permit, an approved water supply <br />plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be <br />required. <br />Prior to approving a gravel well <br />permit, the applicant will need a wavier of <br />objection from well owners within 600 feet <br />or request a hearing before the State <br />Engineer. <br />The proposed operation may have <br />potential impact on existing water rights <br />near the project location. Please provide <br />evidence that the proposed project will not <br />alter or impact the bis[otic operation of the <br />existing water rights. <br />Other: <br />The applicant has indicated plans to use <br />other water for uses at the gravel pi[ or for <br />storage iD the gravel pit.
