CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS FOR APPROVAL
_~ The proposed operation does not
anticipate exposing ground water. Therefore, no
exposure of ground water can occur during and
after mining operations.
The proposed operation will consume
ground water by _ evaporation, _ dust
control, _ reclamation, _ and water
removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation
of these uses of ground water, the applicant will
need to obtain a gravel well permit. Prior to
obtaining a permit, an approved water supply
plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be
required.
Prior to approving a gravel well
permit, the applicant will need a wavier of
objection from well owners within 600 feet
or request a hearing before the State
Engineer.
The proposed operation may have
potential impact on existing water rights
near the project location. Please provide
evidence that the proposed project will not
alter or impact the bis[otic operation of the
existing water rights.
Other:
The applicant has indicated plans to use
other water for uses at the gravel pi[ or for
storage iD the gravel pit. The applicant will need
to provide evidence to this office [hat the water is
permitted or decreed for such uses.
