1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />i <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />MINING PLAN <br />MYRIN PIT <br />(A) Excavation of the pit will be in a southerly direction. <br />(B) Soil overburden will be removed and stockpiled for use in reclaiming <br />the disturbed areas. <br />(C) The mining operation will go to the full depth of useable material. <br />(D) A berm is to be left on the north side of the pit. <br />(E) $~JpeS legit prom the niininy uptrdi.iuii wiii be no steeper than three to one <br />(F) The material may be excavated using whatever equipment the contractor <br />thinks best. <br />(G) The excavated material will either be hauled directly to a project or <br />processed and stockpiled in the plant and stockpile area. <br />(H) The floor of the pit will be graded to leave no low spots and will slope <br />in a southerly direction. <br />(I) When work in the pit is completed, all disturbed areas will be reclaimed <br />as outlined in the reclamation plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
