SSGA335 (1) INITIAL APPROVAL <br />DATE ISSUED: December 24, 1985 FINAL APPROVAL ^ <br />ISSUED TO: NEW CASTLE ENERGY CORPORATION <br />THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Underground coal mining operation located south of I-70 <br />between New Castle and Glenwood Springs, Garfield County, <br />Colorado. <br />• <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />One Sullair Model 250, serial /143-5014, 300 HP diesel <br />filed compressor engine. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (2~7-101 et sec.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Visible emissions shall not exceed. 202 opacity. <br />2. The permit number shall be clearly marked on the subject equipment for <br />ease of identification. <br />3. Construction of this source must commence within IS months of initial <br />approval permit issuance or within 18 months of the start-up-date <br />stated in the application.
