The attached Existing Conditions Map shows the owners the irrigation ditches laterals and
gas and oil structures on the affected area and within 200 feet of the affected land.
EXHIBIT D -MINING PLAN
2. The operator intends to bond [he entire site. Since Aggregate will be training the site in
phases, we selected the phase of minim that includes the largest area of disturbance to
calculate po[ential reclamation liabili[y. This will occur during phase 3 and will include
about 66 acres. Refer to attached reclamation expenses table.
3. No chemicals will be used in the gold recovery process.
4. The operator will verify the average width and depths of the slurry wail to be installed prior
to mineral extrac[ion. The sand and gavel extends to depths of an averaee of 45 feet (per
the drilled depth of the borings). The stability analysis assumed the average width of the
slurry wall is 3.8 feet. It is anticipated that the installation cost will be approximately 52.50
per face foot.
5. Enclosed is a written waiver from the owner of the irrigation structures.
CIVIL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING • PLANNING
