However <br />In this area,l2" may not be present, thus top soil will need to be <br />hauled to the site at time of reclamation. Any top soil that is <br />present should be stock piled for future use. Top soil piles should <br />not have steep slopes and should be seeded if reclamation is delayed <br />until end of mining period.
