Board update--formal public hearing in June <br />(continued from April Board Meeting). <br />Staff stated that at the April Board Meeting, this issue was set for a <br />Formal Public Hearing for the June Board Meeting. At that time, Staff <br />was asked to provide the Board with an update on the status of the <br />application during this May Board Meeting. <br />Staff provided information that: 1) aPre-hearing Order, ATTACHMENT D, <br />providing time frames and deadlines for accomplishing active ies prior <br />to the Formal Public Hearing, was drafted under the direction of the <br />Pre-hearing Officer and mailed to all interested parties and 2) on May <br />14, 1990, the operator submitted a response to the Division's adequacy <br />review of the initial application (the review is pending, at this <br />time). Staff answered questions from the Board. <br />Mr. Larry Brown, representing the company, stated that a meeting had <br />been held with the town of Castle Rock ,and their representatives at <br />which time the project was presented.
