<br />Minutes, May 23-24, 1990 PAGE 18 <br />It was MOVED that the Board modify corrective actions and 1) direct the <br />operator o submit an amendment to include the affected areas by the <br />end of June 1990; 2) direct the operator to assure that adjacent <br />landowners will be provided with water equivalent to historic use by <br />the end of June 1990 and 3) require the operator to work with the <br />Division to clarify the precise boundaries of the permit area and take <br />such actions, through permit revisions, amendments, etc., in order to <br />resolve any ambiguities which might exist regarding the permit <br />boundaries. The Order called for the posting of an additional <br />E125,331 bond, studies to be conducted to demonstrate AOC at the mine <br />site and design work for diversion ditches. <br />
