Section 816.68 (s) Continued. <br />•~ <br />(i) Seismographic reading, including exact location of seismograph and <br />its distance from the blast; <br />(2) Name of the person to}:ing the seismograph reading; and <br />(3) }Jame of the person and firm analysing the seismographic record. <br />Energy Fuels currently records all coal and overburden blasts in <br />the format as shown in Figure 28, Blasting Fecord, which conforms <br />to the requirements of Section 816.68. Seismographic records are <br />not recorded due to the option Energy Fuels has used to use the <br />explosive equation in paragraph (1)(1) of Section 816.65. <br />Section 816.71 Disposal of excess spoil: General requirements. <br />(a) Spoil not required to achieve the approximate original contour <br />• within the area where overburder, has been removed shall be hauled or <br />~ conveyed to and placed in designated disposal areas within a permit <br />area, if the disposal areas are authorized for such purposes in the <br />approved permit application in accordance with Sections 916.71-816.74. <br />The spoil shall be placed in a controlled manner to ensure -- <br />(1) That leachate and surface runoff from the fill will not degrade <br />surface or ground waters or exceed the effluent limitations of Section <br />816.42; <br />(2) Stability of the fill; and <br />(S) That the land mass designated as the disposal area is suitable for <br />reclamation and revegetation compatible with the natural surroundings. <br />The spoil from the boxcuts [See Eckman Part: (fine Plan (1•fap 2)] <br />will no[ be required to achieve approximate original contour <br />• <br />816-87 <br />
