It is recorrmended <br />,. that this information be obtained as soon as possible. Also, both State and <br />Federal agencies require that a dependable adjudicated water supply be <br />developed before a mine plan can be approved. If this action has not yet <br />been taken by Northern Coal Company, a project to secure a water supply for <br />the mine should be begun immediately. <br />[] <br />• <br />
