A complete study of Ideal's
impact to zoning established in 1968 should now enable furnishing
adequate Fremont County approval soon.
A paper is being prepared as you suggested in order to present
information to support Ideal's contention that cement plant facili-
ties should be excluded from "Affected Land."
We are currently preparing mining and reclamation plans for the
80+ years expected life of quarry reserves. Plans for this long-
term operation will be of questionable accuracy, but we feel it is
the only practical option left open to Ideal under current circum-
stances.
My letter of July 14, 1978 and your acknowledgment dated July 24,
1978 references an indefinite continuance which Ideal would prefer
to let stand until the above and other minor inadequacy items are
closer to completion.
Sincerely, ,
~(rc.(
,.~1 ~Q~~ , ~~
R.
