That the operator have a professional stability investigation performed <br />of the tailings dam and a suitable design be provided for future expansion <br />(per Rule 6.2(a) and Sec. 116(1)(h)). <br />2. That a specific Flan for stabilization and reclamation of the tailings <br />pond be worked out with the staff (per Rule 1.1(24) and Rule 6.1 (b) and (d)). <br />4. That an appropriate plan for sealing the adit be submitted (per Rule <br />6.1(e)). <br />5.
