Therefore we request that you condition your <br />permit to include consultation with our office concerning the State <br />Register eligibility of these resources and the effects of proposed mining <br />operations on any found eligible. In addition we have requested that the <br />applicant consult with appropriate Native American groups regarding the <br />potential for sacred sites in the project area.
