No Statements of Opposition were filed to the Application. • 3. Each water right claimed in the Application is a feature of a single projector integrated system consisting of all of the water rights claimed in the Application. Findings Re: First Claim for Relief (Storage Rights) 4. The names and locations of the structures for which storage rights are claimed are set forth below. Figure 1, attached hereto, is a map showing the locations of these structures, referred to herein as the "Bowie Sedimentation Ponds." A. The following ponds are located below Applicant's Bowie No. 1 Mine (described in Paragraph 14.A., below): i. Bowie Sedimentation Pond W-1: Located in the SE/4NW/4, Section 23, Township 13 South, Range 92 West, 6`" P.M., at a point 1,654 feet from the North line and 2,572 feet from the West line of said Section 23. ii. Bowie Sedimentation Pond W-2: Located in the SE/4NW/4, Section 23, Township 13 South, Range 92 West, 6's P.M. at a point 1,859 feet from the North line and 2,572 feet from the Wes[ line of said Section 23. iii. Bowie Timber Storage Sedimentation Pond: Located in the • NE/4NW/4, Section 25, Township 13 South, Range 92 West, 61h P.M., at a point 472 feet from the North line and 2,184 feet from the West line ofsaid Section 25.
