Monument View Gravel P1t • <br />FILE #: M-2000-032 <br />SUMMARY RESPONSE TO STATE COMMENTS <br />1. The Exhibit C Maps do not appear to show a//adjoining surface owners ofrecord, as required <br />by Ri/e 6.4.3(aJ, p/ease revise these maps according/y. <br />RESPONSE: The drawings have been revised to reflect the property owner's of record. <br />2. Exhibit C - Several Permanent man-made svuctures, located within 200' of the proposed <br />permit boundary, are not included on the Exhibit C Maps, and some of the structures do not <br />have owners identified. This does inc/ude the owners of trailer houses on the southeast comer <br />of the site that meet the description ofa permanent man made structure as defined in Ru/e <br />/.1(48). <br />RESPONSE: All man-made structures and associated owners, within 200' have been added <br />to the drawings. All trailer houses within 200 feet of the permit area are located on <br />rented spaces. The property is owned by one entity, Steven W. Karp, ETAL, who has <br />received notification. <br />Also, 1.1(48) states "non-portable" and by definition, "trailer/mobile" house are portable. <br />3. Exhibit C - /f, in the course ofidentifying al/permanent man-made sductures on or within 200 <br />feet of the proposed permit boundary, and indicating a//adjacent /and owners, any new owners <br />are identifed that have not been sent a public notice of this app/ication as required by ru/e <br />1.6.2, p/ease send the required notice to these owner and provide this proof ofnotice. The <br />division wi// a//ow twenty days from the date they receive the notice, to provide comments an <br />this app/ication. <br />RESPONSE: Section 1.6.2(f) specifies "owners of record". All "owners of record", as <br />defined in Rule 1.1(34) have been notified. A copy of the County Assessor's tax map has <br />been included for reference. <br />4. Exhibit C -The copies ofreturn receipt cards, submitted for this app/ication, inc/ude prooof of <br />notification for several parties that have not been identified as owning any structures or land on <br />or within 200 feet of the proposed permit boundary. P/ease clarify this situation by specifying <br />the owners on Exhibit C maps. <br />RESPONSE: See response to #2 and #3 above <br />5. Exhibit C - P/ease expand the details of all permit maps to include all areas within 200 feet of <br />the proposed permit boundary. <br />RESPONSE: The drawings provided are at a scale of I " = 200' and two inches around <br />the permit boundary have been depicted. <br />RG Consulting Engineers, Inc.
