Box 6518
Englewood, CO 80155-6518
Dear Mr. Plank:
I understand that currently the private roads on the "Coloroutt" and "Charter
Oak" properties under lease to Pittsburg & Midway are subject to reclamation under
state laws. As two of the co-owners of the subject property, my brother and I
request that the following roads as shown on a set of maps supplied to me be allowed
to remain open for further use:
(1) "Old Tipple Road" which runs along the east side of the railroad tracks in
Sections 17 and possibly 19 and 20, T4N R85W, from the county road south to the
• office site.
(2) "North Road" which runs from our northerly property boundary in Section 7 to
our southerly property boundary at the edge of Section 18 T4N R85W.
(3) "Skyline Drive" which runs through the northwest corner of our property in
Section 30 T4N R85W.
(4) "Lower Moffat Road" which runs from our northerly property boundary in
Section 7 T4N R85W southerly to a junction with "North Road" in Section 18.
tt--.~
re o ne
cc: Thomas K.
