It is our opinion that this sites does not require a discharge permit at [his <br />«me. Should you begin operations i^ the future, and need [o discharge process water or stormwater, you will <br />have to obtain new permit coverage for those discharges. <br />From [his process a refund or additional fee may result and if so, you should receive notification within the nex[ <br />30 days.
