EXHIBIT L -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />The following man-made structures are within two (200) hundred feet of the azea to be <br />affected and/or adjacent to the site access road. Damage Agreements for all man-made- <br />structures are attached. Locations of these stmctures may be found on the Exhibit E and L <br />Maps. <br />• Moffat County Roads I & 2 R.O.W. features and Bridge. <br />• Dubois Telephone Exchange service line is within 200 feet of the proposed permit area. <br />Line is buried along the east side of the County Road R.O.W. Proposed operations will <br />not affect the telephone service line. <br />• U.S.G.S.
