Please note the following answers to you
inquiries:
1(a) Right of Entry. We have received several land owner's permission to
drill. We are still waiting for a few permissions. It appears that we might not
receive permission from all land owners. In that case, we will inform you which
holes will not be drilled.
1(b) T&E Species Cleazance. I have previously sent you CDOW's clearance
letter for this project.
1(c) Although it is stated...describes procedures...if in fact an aquifer is
encountered.
If an aquifer is encountered, the location (depth) and thickness of the aquifer will
be determined from observations made during the drilling (cuttings lithology,
water production from the hole, and the geophysical log). As the hole is plugged
prior to abandonment the aquifer, will be cemented off from a depth of 50 feet
below the bottom of the aquifer to a depth of 50 feet above the top of the aquifer,
(see attached Typical Abandonment Diagram for Third Park). The cement would
be Portland Type II cement with 6 gals of water per sack and would be pumped
into the hole (positive displacement) through drill pipe utilizing the drilling rig
mud pump. Because of the shallow nature of the proposed drilling program any
aquifers that are encountered may require that the entire hole be cemented from
total depth to surface.
PO Box 33424 Deovec, CO 802333424 Telephone 303/2543070 Pax 303/2543079 1100 West 116th Avenue Westminster, CO 80234
