O'Brian: <br />In consultation with Lynn Obernyer, Assistant Attorney General, the following <br />information must be supplied before the applications can be considered <br />adequate for the December 15, 16, 1977 Mined Land Reclamation Eoard. <br />For the Wiley Pit 1177-223 and the Rocky Ford South Pit 1177-222: <br />1) Do,you have topsoil at the site? How much will be removed, and how <br />much will be put back on? <br />T <br />2) 1Jhere will your stockpiles be located? What type of vegetation will <br />be used to protect them? <br />3) Where will you start your operation? Where will you mine next? <br />4) What will tite slopes of the interior of the pit be? 3:1 or less? <br />5) When will you apply the fertilizer and mulch? <br />6) Will Valco reclaim all lands mined by them after July 1st, 1973? <br />We also need a statement saying that the person signing the bond can legally <br />bind the company. <br />If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. <br />incerely~ <br />James L.
