<br />the allegedly inadequate notice provided to other persons who <br />r <br />are not parties to this appeal, and we are not persuaded that <br />plaintiffs were prejudiced by any deficiencies in the notice <br />provided to such non-parties. See Nobilfone Service, Inc. v. <br />Corporation Commission, 580 P.2d 995 (Okla. 1978). We also <br />reject plaintiffs' claim that the asserted notice deficiencies <br />deprived the Board of jurisdiction over the matter. :See <br />Mattingly v. Charnes, supra. <br />Accordingly, the district court properly upheld tine Board's <br />action. <br />Judgment affirmed. <br />JUDGE TURSI and JUDGE. JONES concur. <br />-4- <br />
