<br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />The task list appears to account for most, if not all, of the projected reclamation. Aside from die discrepancies <br />mentioned earlier about Fertilizer and mulch, please further explain the 7~-acre total disturbed area figure and how <br />it relates to the 48-acre figure in the exhibit. <br />Exhibit P -Municipalities Within Two Miles <br />You state that the City of Monte Vista is located hvo miles south of this operation. Please provide the address of <br />the general office of this entity. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Manmade Structures <br />As mentioned above, there are numerous structures, including roads, ditches, canals, powerlines, gas pipelines, <br />telephone lines, railroads, and fencelines, which are not fully identified on the maps nor identifies in this exhibit. <br />Please provide all information needed for each of these items, even if owned by the applicant landowner, and as <br />needed provide a damage agreement for each. <br />Other Items <br />You submitted a newspaper clipping of the legal notice. The content appears to be correct. After the fourth notice <br />has been publisfted, please send me a notarized affidavit from the publisher. <br />You have submitted adequate evidence (under Exhibit R) of filing the initial application materials with the county <br />clerk and recorder. Please be reminded that this review letter to you, and all written follow-up responses to me, <br />constitute additional application materials and must be additionally filed with the clerk and recorder. Please ensure <br />that all appropriate materials are promptly filed, and that receipts are obtained for such filings. The receipts must <br />be forwarded to me prior to the Division's decision date. <br />The decision date (the 90th day after the date on which the application was considered "complete") is presently set <br />for December 18, 2000. I am required to inform you that if, at the end of business on the decision date, the <br />application is still inadequate for approval, the Division may deny the application. Please ensure that all required <br />items are submitted timely so that they may be reviewed before the decision date.
