It can be in the furn of metes & bounds surve or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least th nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - t4ininu Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or st ges of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. The plan should be orrelated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will ueyin, and which direction if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT L - Map <br />This Inap should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operatio All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter se tion corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map. <br />EXHIBIT D - wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />Each of the aoove~nentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in th applicaole <br />Rule. <br />~EXHI3IT f - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the meth ds, equipment, <br />phases or stayes of the reclmnatiun process and those portions of land a fected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the a ected <br />appearance of tree area after completion of reclmnation. <br />
