• iii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii <br />999 <br />EXHIBIT <br />C <br />(a) Beginning date: November 1, 1996 <br />End date: November 1, 2017 <br />• <br />(b) The depth of soil in affected azea vanes from 6 inches to 24 inches. Advice for <br />stabilization of topsoil stockpiled in any one azea for any length of time, will be <br />sought from Soil Conservation District. <br />(c) Sand stone to be quarried is directly under topsoil. There should be very little <br />overburden to be removed. Rock that is not of acceptable quality will be returned <br />to quarry as fill. <br />(d) Thickness of rock to be quarried could vary from 3 feet to 20 feet. <br />(e) 1 =Approximately 5.6 acres applied for in this permit. <br />2 =Approximately 2 acres of this will be used for the storage of top soil, scrap <br />rock to be put back in to holes for fill when areas aze reclaimed. <br />3 =Approximately 3.44 acres of this is old quarry that will be continued where it <br />left offyeazs ago. Of this 3.44 acres there is approximately 1/4 acre, that <br />is quarried out and will be left alone. <br />Exhibit E Maps will show more detail. <br />(~ Exhibit E Maps will give specific detains and dimensions of quarry segments. <br />(g) Roads will be contained in quarry azea and will be constantly changing as <br />different parts aze worked and reclaimed. No drainage or run off structures will <br />have to be built. <br />(h) No water will be required for the operation. <br />()7 There shouldn't be any ground water to contend with. Since this quarry is on top <br />of the hill, there should be very little run of water to contend with The natural <br />slope of ground and quarry should allow most of the run off to continue as before. <br />(j) There will be no injury to existing water rights. <br />(k) No toxic materials to be used. <br />(l) As stated before there will be very little water coming of the site. Slopes will be <br />held to minimums and reclaiming done as called for by The Longmont Soil <br />Conservation District. <br />
