2500 feet leading to the settling pond will be reclaimed once mining activities cease, unless approved otherwise by <br />CMLRD. <br />• Shop/Mainteoance Area/warehouse Access Road <br />Twentymile Coal company upgraded the access road into the P.M. bay as per the recommendation presented in the <br />report dated October 9, 1995, prepared by Northwest Colorado Consultants, Inc. The access road certification was <br />prepared by RWOL and is contained in TCC's road certification file. This particular certification is dated May 30, <br />1996. <br />Truck Delivery Access Road <br />In order for supplies and materials to reach the storage building, an access road has been designated. This road will <br />be located on the east side of the coal stockpile. Drainage from the road will be controlled by the existing <br />sedimentation control system. Flow will be conveyed by Ditch D-2 and Ditch D-5. The access road will be <br />constntcted to meet the requirements of Rule 4.03.2. <br />Pond A Access Road <br />This road was formally Haulroad C utilized by Colorado Yampa Coal Company. As such, TCC contracted with <br />Northwest Colorado Consultants to evaluate the road for its continued use as an access road into Pond A.
