The entrance road, fuel storage, and equipment storage area will be left for the <br />Clarks to use for the same purpose once all mining and reclamation are <br />completed. <br />When reclamation is complete, the slope of the gravel bar will be the <br />same as before mining began. <br />Reclamation costs will include a Oman crew using a 10-wheel dump truck, <br />950 loader, and 580 backhoe. Moving and contouring topsoil and overburden <br />around the lake edge will take three days. Replanting willows will take an <br />additional three days. Two days will be required to prepare and plant the <br />seeded areas.
