<br />~ ~ Received <br />EXHIBIT C OCr z 8?001 <br />~~a~orM~e a/~8 ~aoo <br />9Y <br />(A) Adjoining surface owners of record are Doug McDonald, Gene <br />Ensz, Rio Grande County and Donald W. and Rose Marie <br />Richardson. <br />(B) See EXHIBIT C-1 for names and locations of all roads, well, <br />fences and power lines within 200' of all boundaries of such area. <br />The existing road into the staging area will be eliminated once <br />the mining reaches Phase 3. The new road into the staging area <br />will enter the northern boundary of Phase III mining. This road <br />shall be constructed once mining in Phase III reaches the <br />location of the existing road. <br />(C) EXHIBIT C-1 has contour lines of 10' intervals darkened for <br />reference <br />(D) Total area to be permitted is 38.40 Acres for mining and 7.57 <br />Acres for the staging area for a total area of 45.97 Acres. <br />(E) Undisturbed portions of the land is currently vegetated with a <br />mixture of Blue Grama, Green Rabbitbrush, Low Rabbitbrush, <br />and Indian Ricegrass <br />(F) No action is required at this time. Please also see Exhibit G.. <br />(G) Doug McDonald owns the sheep shed, well and the fences. The <br />- well is a stock and domestic well, 30 feet depth and with a 15" <br />perforated casing. <br />All perimeter fencing is outside the permit boundaries, but with in <br />the 200' circumference. These fences are owned and maintained <br />by the property owner, Doug McDonald. <br />All existing fences within the permit boundaries shall be removed <br />during the mining operation.
