~ECEI VED <br />JUL 0 9 2003 <br />BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO Uiwsloo ~f Minerals and Geology <br />FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF THE DECISION TO APPROVE THE 110c <br />LIMITED IMPACT PERMIT APPLICATION OF STONE CLIFF INVESTMENTS, <br />LLC, FILE NO. 2003-002. <br />THIS MATTER came before the Mined Lands Reclamation Boazd on June 25, 2003 in <br />Denver, Colorado for a hearing on the appeal of Bender West Ranch of the decision of <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology approving the 110c limited impact permit <br />application of Stone Cliff Investments, LLC, in accordance with Construction Materials <br />Rule 1.7.1(2)(c). Tony Waldron appeared on behalf of the Division. The Applicant did <br />not appear. The Objector did not appear, but instead submitted a letter explaining its <br />concerns and withdrawing its objection to the application.
